Maximum of two brand categories per territory.
Territory equals seven (7) square miles with the property in the center of the radius.
Training
Aloha will conduct webex training using the internet.
Aloha will schedule travel vendors to conduct training at the property.
Training books will be provided to the property.
Opening
From the day the Aloha agreement is signed, Aloha Services is there to guide you through every step of sales and marketing.
Aloha Property Opening Manager will be assigned to take your hotel for one on one support.
Once the property is branded, a Brand Manager will be assigned as your contact. Generally, these are former property-level managers who not only have a clear perspective of your business and understand the Aloha systems and procedures.
